Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern all services provided by Coropos Web Services ("we", "us", "our") to clients ("you", "your"). By initiating any project, request, or payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services We Provide

We offer professional digital services including but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• Logo and branding design
• Business formation and consulting
• Web hosting and domain registration
• Ongoing technical support and maintenance (if agreed)

3. Project Scope & Communication

All projects begin with a scope agreement and may include deliverables, timelines, and revision allowances. Communication will occur via email, dashboard, or designated platforms. Scope changes may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

4. Payments and Deposits

• A 50% deposit is required to begin most projects, unless otherwise agreed.
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final deliverables are handed over.
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

• Cancellations after project start will forfeit 50% of the initial deposit as a cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be issued after work has been completed or final deliverables sent.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

1. Provide all necessary content (text, images, logos) unless otherwise arranged
2. Respond in a timely manner to project communications
3. Respect all payment schedules

7. Ownership and Licensing

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use all final deliverables for your business. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. You may not resell or redistribute Coropos-designed materials without permission.

8. Hosting and Domains

Coropos Web Services provides hosting and domain registration support to clients through the following providers:

• Cybrancee: Existing clients who signed up prior to our transition may continue using Cybrancee for hosting and domain services.
• ResellerClub: All new domain registrations and Google Workspace setups will be provisioned through ResellerClub, our new domain and email services partner.

All hosting and domain services are subject to the respective provider’s Terms of Service and usage policies. Clients are responsible for:

• Maintaining active payments for hosting and domain renewals
• Managing domain ownership settings (with our assistance if needed)
• Understanding that service interruptions may occur if payments are missed

We will assist in configuring and managing services during your active term with us, but clients are ultimately responsible for their domain and email accounts beyond setup.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, data loss, downtime, or business interruptions arising from the use of our services. All services are provided “as is” and without guarantees unless stated in writing.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service to any client who violates these terms, engages in abusive behavior, or fails to meet payment obligations. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent change.
