1. Introduction

Welcome to the Coropos Web Services Dashboard ("Dashboard"). This platform is provided to clients of Coropos Web Services ("we", "us", "our") to manage services, review project progress, and access digital deliverables. By using the Dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Account Access and Eligibility

Access to the Dashboard is restricted to active customers only. User accounts are created exclusively by Coropos Web Services staff. Self-registration is not permitted.

• Only individuals or companies with an active service agreement may receive an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accounts may be revoked or suspended at any time if misuse is detected.

3. Permitted Use

Users may use the Dashboard solely for business purposes related to their project(s) with Coropos Web Services, including but not limited to:

• Viewing project progress and timelines
• Downloading deliverables or invoices
• Communicating with the Coropos team

Important: Any use of the Dashboard for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes may result in immediate termination of access.

4. Data & Privacy

Your data within the Dashboard (project files, notes, deliverables) is private and accessible only to you and authorized Coropos staff. All activity is governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Availability and Maintenance

We strive to maintain consistent availability of the Dashboard. However, temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues. We will provide notice where possible in the case of planned interruptions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the Dashboard, including tools, templates, and custom project work, remains the intellectual property of Coropos Web Services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients may use project deliverables as licensed under their specific agreement.

7. Termination of Access

Access to the Dashboard may be terminated if:

• Your service with Coropos Web Services is canceled or completed
• You breach these Terms of Service
• You request account removal

We reserve the right to deny access or revoke user accounts without prior notice in cases of abuse or violation of these terms.
